Reviews
All 10 CBSE Physical Education units are covered with thorough question variety across all five section types and the Quick Reference tables at the end of each unit are a genuinely useful revision feature. A few Unit 2 postural deformity questions and Unit 10 training method questions cover similar corrective exercise and training principle content from slightly different angles. That said, the mark-allocated model answers and the 10 unit case studies make this a very worthwhile purchase for CBSE Class 12 Physical Education students.
Biomechanics and Yoga units are particularly well-covered and the Quick Reference tables make last-minute revision genuinely efficient. Navigation between units within the PDF could be slightly more intuitive. Considering the content quality and the 49-rupee price, this is still a very worthwhile purchase for any CBSE Class 12 Physical Education student.
Good coverage of all 10 units with correct CBSE question type distribution. Harvard Step Test and torque calculations are well-covered. Some Unit 1 tournament fixture questions in the 3-mark section cover similar bye calculation scenarios. Still highly recommended.
10 units, 230+ questions, Quick Reference tables, and complete model answers at 49 rupees is exceptional value. Coordinative abilities and training cycles are well-covered. A few Unit 3 Yoga Section B answers follow similar benefit enumeration formats. Recommend.
The model answers with mark allocations are a practical feature that teaches answer calibration. Unit 7 injury and physiology coverage is thorough. Some Unit 5 nutrition MCQs test similar macronutrient caloric value identification scenarios. Good buy.
The Harvard Step Test and torque calculation questions are well-designed and the case studies reflect the actual CBSE Section D pattern accurately. Some Unit 6 fitness test short answer questions follow similar test procedure enumeration formats. Considering the comprehensive unit coverage and the price, this remains an excellent resource for CBSE Physical Education board preparation.
Bought for my son who was struggling with Physical Education theory. The Quick Reference tables gave him efficient revision material and the case studies built his Section D confidence. A couple of Unit 8 biomechanics questions follow similar torque calculation formats. Still good.
All CBSE Physical Education theory units are represented with appropriate depth. Case studies are well-designed and board-realistic. Some Unit 9 mental toughness and SMART Goals questions across sections cover similar definitional content. Still very worthwhile.
All 10 units across all five CBSE sections with Quick Reference tables is impressive. Biomechanics and Yoga units are the standout sections. A few Unit 9 Psychology MCQs cover similar motivation type identification scenarios. Still the best resource I found.
All 10 units of the CBSE Class 12 PhysEd syllabus covered with 230+ questions across all five CBSE sections. The Quick Reference table at the end of every unit is the most efficient last-minute revision tool I have ever used for this subject.
