Current events, history, culture, geography, economy, polity, sports, awards and questions about Delhi.
General Intelligence and Reasoning
Analogies, classification, series, coding and decoding, blood relations, directions, Venn diagrams, syllogism and non-verbal reasoning.
Quantitative Aptitude and Mathematics
Number systems, percentage, ratio, averages, interest, profit and loss, time and work, time and distance, mensuration and data interpretation. AWO/TPO adds Class 12 level algebra, trigonometry and basic calculus.
English Language (Ministerial)
Grammar, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms, error spotting, sentence improvement and comprehension.
General Science (AWO/TPO)
Class 12 level physics with a focus on electricity, magnetism, waves and communication, plus chemistry basics.
Computer Fundamentals
MS Excel, MS Word, communication, internet, World Wide Web and web browsers.
Typing and formatting tests (Ministerial)
English typing at 30 words per minute or Hindi at 25 words per minute, followed by a computer formatting test in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
